NDIS Core Support Services

Using your NDIS Plan with JB Quality Care.

At Jervis Bay Quality Care we will work collaboratively with you, your NDIS team, your family, and anyone else you need us to, always making sure the support you receive is best for you. The supports that we provide below are flexible and the way you use them can change over time, like when you feel you've achieved a goal or become more confident in some aspects of your daily life. We will chat with your Plan Manager, Local Area Coordinator, or Support Coordinator about your plan when and if anything changes. Remember, you always have choice and control over the services you receive and the people that provide them. Check out our services for a little more info.
Assistance with Daily Life
Our Assistance with Daily Life support covers assistance with your everyday needs, household tasks like cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and other regular household chores, meal preparation, garden and home maintenance, and support with engaging in health and fitness activities. We also offer services like help with attending important appointments (including transport) and assistance with carrying out therapy tasks that are recommended by your therapists.
Social & Community Participation
The Assistance with Social & Community Participation category includes support to participate in social and community activities, like assistance with attending music events, joining clubs or groups, and developing social skills. Our support workers can provide assistance with transport and joining you on outings to community places like the library, the movies, or group activities like dance classes, personal development courses, and community events.
  • Assistance with household tasks; cooking, cleaning, gardening, etc
  • Support with home and yard maintenance
  • Assistance with daily and weekly tasks; grocery shopping, etc.
  • Transportation support to appointments, mandatory engagements, community events, out of area travel.
  • Providing general emotional and mental support
  • Support with personal interest/hobby engagement
