At JBQC we want to work together, actively getting you to where you want to be. We recognise that everyone has completely individual goals and these goals will evolve and change during their lifetime.
Our care and support workers are here to help you take small (or big) steps towards your goals. We will talk through with you about what supports you need, in your daily life, and more broadly about the supports you might need to keep reaching towards your goals in the future.
Your support, on your terms.
Our Core Support Services cover a large range of support types, and we'll discover what's best for you, with you. Whether you need a lift to your psychology appointment each week, or just need someone with you during your morning walk, our support staff are here for you.
Want to go fishing like you used to? Need a hand mastering the self-chekout at the shops? Or are you ready to try something that you haven't been able to conquer yet? We'll give you a helping hand to acheive whatever you need to, want to, or dream of doing.

Mental health first.
Having all been on our own journeys with challenging mental health we know the importance of having consistent, reliable people to hold us up when we're down, and to celebrate us when we achieve our goals despite our challenges.
The JBQC team are committed to improving the conversation around mental health. That includes encouraging our staff, participants, and their extended support circle to create, and recognise, safe spaces where they can be open and honest about life's hurdles and the impacts of those struggles.
